Covid 19 Response

Thank you for your interest in flying with Talkeetna Air Taxi. Safety is our number one priority so we would like to take this opportunity to share the policies and procedures we have implemented to keep our customers and staff healthy.

- All staff members are required to wear face masks; all customers entering the office must wear face masks at all times as well. If a customer does not have a mask, we will provide one.

- We are adhering to CDC guidelines regarding sanitation of our office, planes, helicopter and shuttle vans. The office will be cleaned and sanitized periodically throughout the day. Planes will be cleaned and sanitized between each flight; the shuttle van will be cleaned and sanitized between each use.

- At check in, each passenger will be asked a short series of questions regarding their recent health and interactions. We will take each passenger’s temperature with a non-contact infrared body thermometer. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees Fahrenheit will not be permitted to fly.

- Passengers are required to wear face masks for the entire duration of the flight. The only exception is during a glacier landing, when it is possible to social distance 6 feet or more. If you wish to talk to the pilot on the glacier you must have your mask on. Passengers must put their masks back on prior to re-boarding the aircraft.
