Customer Service Representatives
We’re hiring for Summer 2027!
What you’ll do:
– Greet and check in scenic passengers and climbers
– Answer calls, take reservations, and respond to email inquiries
– Process online payments and bookings
– Deliver exceptional, attentive customer service consistent with Talkeetna Air Taxi’s mission
What we’re looking for:
– Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Strong multi-tasking, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a reliable team player
– Basic computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and general office/bookkeeping knowledge

Pilot Applicants
All pilots are required to attend one week of ground school in Talkeetna during the last half of April, as well as pass all check rides before their employment is finalized.
Basic Qualifications
- Commercial license
- 2,000 hours minimum total time
- 500 hours tail wheel time preferred
- At least 50 hours in the following make and models: Cessna 185 and/or DHC-2 DeHavilland Beaver and/or DHC-3ST DeHavilland Otter

Ramper Department
Our ramp crew is the backbone of the operation. We look for hardworking, safety-conscious individuals who can handle a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid of hard work or getting dirty. Previous aviation experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
Talkeetna Air Taxi offers seasonal summer housing. This is first-come, first-served.
